What's included

What you get.

NET-01

Wi-Fi site survey

A wireless site survey before anything is installed: we walk the space, find the dead zones and what's causing them, and plan access point placement before recommending any equipment.

NET-02

Wired access points

Ceiling or wall access points cabled back to your network, so speed holds up in every room.

NET-03

Router, firewall & switches

Business-grade gear sized to your space and the number of devices you run.

NET-04

Separate networks

Separate Wi-Fi for guests, cameras and smart devices, so one problem doesn't take down everything else.

Gear mounted, patched and labeled, instead of a pile of blinking boxes behind the TV.

NET-06

Admin access & handoff

You get the logins and a plain-English rundown of what was installed and where.

Why your Wi-Fi keeps dropping out

Usually it's one of a few things: a single internet-provider router sitting in a corner of the house, mesh units relaying signal wirelessly and losing speed at every hop, old equipment, or the plaster, brick and stone that plenty of Cleveland-area homes and buildings are built from. Adding another extender rarely fixes it.

How we fix it

We place access points where the coverage needs to be and connect them back to your network with Ethernet, so each one delivers full speed instead of passing signal along. Then we tune channels and power so phones and laptops move between access points without dropping your call or video meeting. Where running cable isn't practical, we'll tell you plainly what a wireless option can and can't do.

You keep your current internet provider. We work with whatever service is already coming into the building.

Business networks

For offices, shops and multi-tenant buildings, we build networks that are segmented and manageable. Staff, guests, cameras, phones and payment systems each get their own network. A firewall sits at the edge, and managed switches can power access points and cameras over the same cable. If your network closet is a tangle nobody wants to touch, we can clean that up too.

Home networks

Whole-home coverage, including the basement, the back bedroom, the garage and the yard. We also hard-wire home offices, TVs and game consoles, so the devices that matter most aren't fighting for Wi-Fi.

Common questions

Wi-Fi & networking FAQ

Will this work with my internet provider?
Yes. We work with whatever internet service you already have. Most of the time we install our own router and access points behind the provider's modem.
Mesh or access points: which is better?
Access points wired back with Ethernet perform best and stay consistent. Wireless mesh makes sense when running cable truly isn't possible, and we'll tell you which fits your space.
How many access points do I need?
It depends on square footage, the number of floors and what the walls are made of. A plaster-and-brick home needs more than an open-plan office of the same size. We figure that out during the estimate.
Can you run Ethernet to my office or TV?
Yes. See our network cabling page. Wired connections are the most reliable option for desks, TVs and consoles.
Do I need to buy equipment first?
No. We recommend equipment that fits your space and include it in your quote, so there's no guessing.
