Door access control in Cleveland
Replace keys with cards, fobs, phones or PIN codes, and let visitors buzz in through a video intercom. Control who gets in and when, and see every entry. Built for offices, nonprofits, places of worship, multi-tenant buildings and homes.
What's included
What you get.
Door readers
Card, fob, phone (NFC) and PIN entry at the doors you choose.
Lock hardware
Electric strikes or maglocks wired to each door, with proper exit hardware.
Unlock schedules
Doors unlock for business hours and lock themselves after, including holidays.
Entry logs
See who opened which door and when, from your phone or computer.
Instant revocation
Turn off a lost card or a former employee's access in seconds. No rekeying.
Why switch from keys
Keys get copied, lost and never returned. Every time someone leaves, you're left choosing between rekeying the building and hoping for the best. Access control replaces that with credentials you control: give someone access in seconds, limit it to certain doors and hours, and take it away just as fast.
How it works
Each controlled door gets a reader on the outside and lock hardware on the door itself, either an electric strike or a maglock depending on the door and frame. They're wired back to a hub and managed from an app. People get in with a card, a fob, a PIN or their phone. You manage everyone from one screen and see a log of every entry.
We install with safe exit in mind. Doors always open from the inside, and we make sure locks release properly where your building's code or fire alarm requires it.
Door intercoms and video entry
We install video intercoms at main entrances. Visitors press a button and you see and talk to them from your phone or front desk, then unlock the door with a tap. When the intercom, door readers and cameras run on the same system, every visitor and every entry is logged with video. In multi-tenant buildings, visitors can reach the right tenant without anyone handing out keys or codes.

Better together with cameras
When door access and cameras run on the same system, every entry comes with a video clip. That's useful for checking who actually used a badge, and for spotting someone propping a door open. We usually build this on UniFi Access and UniFi Protect, so it all lives in one app.
Who it's for
- Offices and suites: staff access by schedule, and visitors buzzed in.
- Multi-tenant buildings: each tenant gets access to the shared entrances and their own suite only.
- Nonprofits and places of worship: volunteers get access only on the days they need it.
- Homes and rentals: PIN or phone entry for family, cleaners and guests, with no keys to hand out.
